Gordon
Barbosa began creating videos for Fremont Unified School District (FUSD) in 1983 after
graduating from San Jose State University with a B.A. in Radio/Television &
Film. In 1990, he started Barbosa Video Services on a part-time basis in order to provide affordable,
quality media services to families, businesses and public agencies.
In 2004, Barbosa went full-time with his business, leaving FUSD after 21 years. Since 2005, he has managed the Government/Education Access Channel (WSTV) for the cities of Patterson and Newman while continuing to offer his production services to businesses, public agencies and families throughout northern California.
Barbosa Video Services has received numerous awards for broadcast, cable and educational video programming.
